Client Coordinator

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

The Role

Crisp is on a lookout for a passionate and driven Client Coordinator to work with the biggest global brands in the world.

The key focus of this role is supporting the customer success team to deliver excellence in customer service.

You must have a natural passion for all things social media and be able, enthusiastic and willing to learn new tasks and work with new tools.

You will have to have a great eye for detail and be able to work on multiple tasks including writing up client meetings notes. Making sure all customer service issues are being managed, you will help your team in compiling and creating reports, delving into deck research and supporting with client preparation and presentations

  • Be efficient, organised, with the ability to multi-task and plate-spin
  • Good at listening and asking questions to always ensure understanding of a brief
  • Be a confident communicator, able to stick to deadlines
  • A real team player who is prepared to get stuck in
  • A huge appetite for learning and developing knowledge regarding social media risks
  • A hunger to become a subject matter expert and to add value to our service and to our clients

Requirements

  • 18 months+ experience working in agency or client-side environment, ideally with social media / SaaS
