Head of Product Marketing

The Role

Are you passionate about researching and understanding client needs and helping to develop messaging that captures the unique value propositions of a product? Crisp is on a lookout for a Head of Product Marketing to join our ever-growing Customer Success team!

Crisp is a company that monitors the Internet for issues impacting the safety and finances of some of the world’s largest, best known brands and social platforms. We help our clients by detecting issues, incidents and disinformation being spread about brands on the Internet and ensuring they are first to know, enabling them to be first to act.

The ‘What’

As a newly appointed Head of Product Marketing you will be responsible for ensuring that our service proposition meets future market needs by researching competitor offerings and becoming an expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Working on developing buyer personas to explain customer needs you will then work on developing the product propositions.

You will help inspire, equip and train the sales team to engage and win new customers by creating and executing a strategic plan to develop collateral and processes aimed at sales enablement. You will also play an instrumental role in training other internal stakeholders on the value of Crisp products and the problems they solve for customers.

By building great relationships across the company you will collaborate closely with Product Management team and Marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers.

You will become an expert in understanding and driving visibility of target buyers’ decision-making process when selecting brand safety and intelligence services.


In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • The ability to effectively articulate the Crisp value proposition
  • A deep understanding of the Internet and why it is now a key communications channel for brands and consumers
  • ROI-tracking skills with ability to prove what is, or isn’t working
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Excellent communication and strong written skills with ability to present complex ideas in a simple and concise way, both internally and externally
