The Role

To work with stakeholders to define requirements and to customize the platform, maintain the platform, make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce and stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates

Directly Responsible Individual

  • Responsible for the overall health of the Crisp Salesforce Org
  • Responsible for the evaluation and integration of new applications
  • Responsible for 3rd party supplier management
  • Responsible for evaluating and prioritising change requests to Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the deployment of systems and services within the Salesforce Organisation
  • Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes
  • Assess requests to change or enhance Crisp’s Salesforce environment and prioritise in preparation for sprint planning
  • Create or advise on the functional, technical and design documentation and provide advice on application solutions
  • Support Crisp development teams with any Salesforce challenges
  • Conduct regular audits of the Salesforce platform, procedures and controls and ensure smooth platform operations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Manage relationships, vendor contracts and service escalations with Salesforce and other related vendors (OwnBackup, FinancialForce, LinkedIn, TaskRay, Plauti, Conga, Roll-Up Helper, BrightFox, BizStory, Xenogenix)
  • Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions
  • Identify opportunities to increase business value or minimise operational costs by leveraging the Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Lead the training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization

Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Experience of Service Cloud is essential
  • Experience of administration of an organisation of > 300 users
  • Experience of Financial Force, Experience Cloud, and Tableau is desirable
  • Business analysis experience and the business analysts salesforce certification would be desirable
  • Platform App Builder certification would be a nice to have
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
