Software Configuration Analyst

The Role

Are you a whizz with software configuration? Have you had exposure to configuring software solutions (examples might include SalesForce, SAP or similar).

Crisp is on the lookout for exceptional Software Configuration Analysts for our rapidly growing global business. You will be responsible for designing and configuring bespoke solutions that deliver premium quality social media risk protection for our global customers. We need pro-active, self starters who will thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment. An organised and thorough approach to your work is first and foremost.

You will have the opportunity to work with the worlds largest global brands.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, configuring and testing solutions using our SaaS platform
  • Producing solution design documentation prior to implementation
  • Configuring solutions accurately in line with requirements
  • Working closely with the internal teams to ensure designed solutions are aligned to both customer and business requirements
  • Following, adjusting and contributing to robust quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy of implementation
  • Peer-reviewing other team members work as part of the quality assurance process
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline the solutions engineering team’s processes
  • Working closely with the Programme Manager and internal customer facing teams to communicate progress of new implementations and change orders
  • Requirements

    A strong technical capability and interest are key with experience of configuring software for clients (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Oracle or similar) a must. Exposure to web services, APIs, systems integrations and related tools would be an advantage.

    This role will require logical thinking and problem-solving skills and an opportunity for you to demonstrate your knowledge and experience with your team.

    There is a requirement for this role to be on call when required, likely to be around once a month.
